Job Description

Responsibilities

Knowledge in digital mockup – Simulation of vehicle assembly & equipment feasibility study
Knowledge in vehicle assembly process –Torque management/tool selection.
Knowledge of Digital Simulation of static and dynamic, Virtual Reality, 3D Printing, IoT and Robots
Prepare feasibility reports and technical reports to guarantee mountability
Plant Layout design & Layout planning for new facilities at assembly shop
Knowledge in installation & commissioning of vehicle assembly shop equipment
Facilitate interaction with Development, Engineering, Purchasing, and Senior Management in support of the business’s strategic goal.
Handling Issue resolution during New product Launch
Create Assembly Operation sheet/Process Sheets/SOP for Assembly operations
Creation of Bill of material (MBOM) consumption for variants taking reference of the base vehicle.
Knowledge in conveyor operations
Experience in Equipment & Facility supplier management
Basic Knowledge in equipment trouble shooting.
Knowledge of Assembly Line Balancing and operator load chart
Knowledge of Scientific time calculation tool like MOST (Maynard Operational Sequence Technique)
Knowledge of designing small Jigs & Fixtures & Management

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering in (Mechanical/Production /Automobile) OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production /Automobile

Essential Skills

Must have worked in similar Role of Process Engineering
