Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. International Private Label Business Development Identify, engage, and onboard private label buyers such as retailers, distributors, wellness brands, health companies, and importers in the global market. Manage the complete client acquisition cycle ? from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure for custom-packed and branded herbal & spice products. Propose packaging solutions, develop SKUs, and prepare competitive pricing/proposals aligned with client needs. 2. Account Management & Client Relationships Act as the primary contact for assigned international clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Build long-term partnerships by offering innovative solutions in packaging, labeling, and product formulation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production, branding, quality control, and export execution. 3. Lead Generation & CRM Management Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and digital tools. Maintain and update CRM systems for tracking leads, client interactions, and sales performance. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input Track global trends in organic, herbal, and clean-label products along with compliance and regulatory requirements. Suggest product innovations, customized blends, and packaging concepts that resonate with international buyers. 5. Trade Show Participation & Representation Represent Windson Organics at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
