Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printing In-charge located in Goa, India. The primary responsibilities include overseeing all printing and bindery operations, ensuring timely and high-quality production output. The role involves managing print production workflows, supervising the printing team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining equipment to ensure seamless operations. Regular communication with team members and adherence to safety and production protocols will also be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Printing, Print Production, and Bindery operations
• Strong Supervisory Skills for overseeing and coordinating team members
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work on-site in a production environment located in Goa, India
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety guidelines in a printing setup is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is desirable
