✔ Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Printing & Embellishment Production Manager to manage all garment decoration processes including screen printing, mould stickers, laser stickers, screen-printed stickers, and braiding.

The role requires strong production planning, inventory management, Industrial Engineering (IE), and strict quality control to ensure efficient operations and consistent product quality.

✔ Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning

• Plan daily and weekly production schedules for all decoration processes.
• Ensure on-time availability of printed panels and stickers for garment production.
• Coordinate closely with cutting, sewing, warehouse, and finishing departments.
• Monitor capacity utilization and production efficiency.

2.Printing & Embellishment Operations

🔹Manage the complete operations of:

• Screen Printing
• Mould Stickers
• Laser Stickers
• Screen Printed Stickers
• Braiding / Decorative Tapes

🔹Responsibilities include:

• Machine planning and manpower allocation
• Process standardization
• Maintaining productivity and minimizing downtime
• Troubleshooting printing and application issues

3.Quality Control (Very Important)

• Ensure print quality, alignment, color accuracy, and durability.
• Monitor adhesion strength of stickers and mould transfers.
• Maintain strict quality checkpoints at every stage.
• Reduce defects, rework, and rejection rates.
• Work closely with the QA team to implement SOPs and quality standards.

4.Inventory Management

🔹Manage inventory of:

• Printing inks
• Screens and frames
• Transfer films and sticker materials
• Adhesives and chemicals
• Braiding materials

🔹Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining minimum stock levels
• Monitoring material consumption
• Preventing shortages and excess inventory

5.Industrial Engineering(IE) & Process Improvement

• Conduct time and motion studies.
• Improve line efficiency and productivity.
• Optimize manpower utilization.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Reduce wastage of ink, transfers, and materials.

6.Team Management

• Manage printing operators, technicians, and helpers.
• Train staff on quality standards and production processes.
• Ensure discipline and safety in the production area.

• Strong production planning capability
• Deep knowledge of garment printing and embellishment processes
• Strong quality control mindset
• Good Industrial Engineering (IE) knowledge
• Ability to manage high production volumes
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

✔ Experience

• 4–12 years experience in garment printing / embellishment production.
• Experience handling multiple decoration techniques is preferred.
• Experience in sportswear or performance apparel is an advantage.
