Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Salford (M38) - Immediate Start

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the M38 area of Salford, available for an immediate start.

This is a long-term, full-time position with the potential to continue for the right candidate.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and committed TA who can support pupils across the classroom and work closely with the class teacher to support learning and development.

Teaching Assistant - Role responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
• Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
• Supporting pupils with their engagement and progress
• Assisting with classroom management
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
  
  
  

Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school or with children
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
