This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership on AI-driven transformation projects for global pharma and healthcare organizations. You will gain deep exposure to Artificial Intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise sales across GCCs and MNCs.


About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Presales Executive to support our growing AI business in the pharma and healthcare domain.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in inside sales or business development who are passionate about building pipelines, engaging clients, and contributing to revenue growth. You will play a key role in lead generation, outreach, client conversations, and supporting deal closures in global markets (US & Europe).


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within pharma, life sciences, and healthcare sectors
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Initiate and nurture conversations with decision-makers to understand business needs
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions with senior leadership
  • Support end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups and closure coordination
  • Assist in proposal creation, pricing discussions, and commercial documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams for campaign execution
  • Track key metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and conversion rates
  • Support webinars, campaigns, and outbound initiatives targeting pharma clients


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles
  • Preferably from Pharma, Healthcare, or Data/Analytics sales background
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, or Excel-based systems)
  • AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ownership mindset with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
