Role Description
As a Pre-Sales Executive at 30 Sundays, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation and supporting the sales process. You will engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs, qualify leads, and ensure a seamless handover to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create positive first impressions with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads through calls, emails, and chat to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the sales team to convert.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead nurturing strategies.
- Conduct preliminary discussions about destinations, packages, and offerings to generate client interest.
- Assist in developing and refining pre-sales scripts and customer engagement materials.
Qualifications
- Freshers who would like to start there journey in Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
