Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant – US Staffing

Location: Indore, Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant with experience in US IT Staffing to support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to identify client opportunities, prepare staffing proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop capability presentations, and help acquire new staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in acquiring new clients for US IT Staffing and Engineering Staffing services.
  • Understand client staffing requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, capability presentations, client decks, and staffing solution documents.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, delivery managers, and account managers to gather hiring capabilities and resource availability.
  • Participate in client discovery calls, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Prepare pricing models, rate cards, and staffing estimates for client proposals.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA) support documents, and staffing engagement models.
  • Research prospective clients, vendor programs, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain proposal repositories, case studies, and company capability documents.
  • Support onboarding discussions and transition from sales to delivery after client acquisition.
  • Track proposal submissions and maintain CRM updates.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, Business Development Support, or Pre-Sales.
  • Good understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and recruitment process.
  • Experience preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and staffing proposals.
  • Knowledge of staffing engagement models (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, SOW).
  • Understanding of MSP, VMS, Direct Clients, and Vendor Management.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with staffing tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, TN, CPT, OPT).
  • Understanding of rate negotiation, margin calculations, and staffing pricing models.
  • Experience in Engineering, Healthcare, or Professional Staffing is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Willing to work in US business hours.
