Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad facility for a Production Manager - Civil (Precast). The Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of precast production activities, ensuring quality standards, adherence to timelines, and resource optimization. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating with the design and project management teams, maintaining equipment, managing inventory for raw materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the overall efficiency of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Precast and Pre-stressed Concrete technologies
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings and designs
• Excellent team management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in construction
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a production management role within the precast industry is preferred
• Sound communication and organizational skills
