Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Noida. The Pre Sales professional will engage with prospective clients, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options and investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting initial consultations, explaining project features, preparing proposals, and coordinating site visits. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads, following up with potential buyers, supporting the sales team with presales documentation, and collaborating with marketing to optimize lead conversion. The position requires proactive communication, a consultative approach, and strong customer handling capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, interpret market data, and evaluate property investment options.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, address queries, and build long-term relationships.
  • Consulting and Presales experience to conduct needs analysis, prepare compelling presentations, and support sales closures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and professional ethics.
  • Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
