About the role

We are a fast-growing home interior brand transforming how homeowners design their living spaces. We are looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Associates who will be the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing pre-sales role where you will engage with warm leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions, to understand customer needs, and drive qualified appointments for our design team. No prior interior design knowledge is required.

You will qualify leads, explain services and design offerings, schedule consultations or site visits, and coordinate smoothly between customers and the design team.

What you'll be doing

• Connect with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
• Understand customers’ property details, timelines, and design requirements
• Qualify leads and effectively communicate our value proposition
• Schedule and drive design consultations / office visits
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
• Consistently meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

What you'll need

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0 to 2 years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / Customer Calling roles
• Excellent verbal communication in Marathi and Hindi (English = Big Pus)
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with calling
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
