Role Description The Pre Primary Teacher will work full time on-site at ASPAM Seedlings in Noida. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, activities, and learning experiences that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The teacher will create a safe, inclusive classroom environment, observe and document children’s progress, and communicate regularly with families about their child’s development. Daily responsibilities include maintaining classroom routines, managing learning resources, collaborating with other staff on school events and initiatives, and following the school’s policies and curriculum guidelines. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills for early childhood learners.
  • Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Education skills to design and implement engaging learning experiences.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with preschool or pre-primary children in a classroom or daycare setting.
  • Ability to create a caring, inclusive, and safe learning environment for diverse learners.
  • Patience, empathy, and a child-focused approach, with strong classroom management abilities.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development.
