Job Description

We are seeking a creative and well-connected PR Manager to lead our public relations, influencer marketing, and brand communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong media relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning FutureTech Media as a leading voice in the tech ecosystem.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and PR agencies
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Draft press releases, media notes, and official communication
  • Secure media coverage across digital, print, and broadcast platforms


Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and industry voices
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals
  • Track campaign performance and optimize engagement


Brand Building & Positioning

  • Develop brand narratives and storytelling strategies
  • Strengthen brand presence across multiple channels
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications


Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Oversee and strategize social media growth across platforms
  • Create high-impact content plans in collaboration with design and content teams
  • Monitor trends and leverage them for brand engagement


Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and announcements


Crisis Communication

  • Handle reputation management and crisis communication effectively
  • Develop proactive communication strategies to mitigate risks


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in PR, media relations, or brand communications
  • Strong network with media professionals, journalists, and influencers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and digital campaigns
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends


REMUNERATION:

Between INR 400,000/- to INR 500,000/- + Variable
