About the Position
We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads for hotel and resort clients in the USA. The role is remote and project-based, with the potential for ongoing cooperation on multiple accounts.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for hotels and resorts in the US.
- Set up and manage Travel Ads and dynamic remarketing for hospitality.
- Build and optimize PPC funnels focused on direct bookings, lead generation, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword and audience research tailored to the US hospitality market.
- Create and A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing page briefs to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Track and report performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards, providing clear optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads in hospitality, travel, or similar B2C services.
- Experience working with hotel clients is a strong plus, especially hotels and resorts in the US market.
- Hands-on experience with Travel Ads / dynamic ads for accommodation or travel.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, occupancy) and how to improve them.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization.
- English level C1 or higher (US market communication and content).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment and meet deadlines.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with booking engines, hotel PMS/CRS, or channel managers.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and basic analytics setup.
- Understanding of seasonality and pricing specifics in the US hospitality market.
Compensation
