The role partners closely with Trading, Collateral, Middle Office, Settlements, Corporate Actions, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to ensure a high quality, end to end client experience across Global Markets.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses while owning issues through to resolution.
- Act as a client advocate, coordinating internal teams to resolve operational or service issues.
- Support pre trade enablement, including settlement readiness, cut offs, limits, and connectivity checks.
- Ensure correct workflows, contacts, and communication channels are in place prior to trading.
- Manage end to end post trade lifecycle
- Trade amendments and bookings
- Swap allocations and IFAs (Items for Attention)
- Trade affirmation, allocation, and settlement
- Monitor breaks, fails, and exceptions, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Provide operational coverage across financing products such as margin, cash funding/FX, stock loan, swaps, and prime financing.
- Support margin calls, collateral movements, and funding transparency for clients.
- Ensure accurate setup, validation, and delivery of client reports (positions, margin, activity, accruals).
- Support digital platforms and portals used for client reporting and service interaction.
- Take ownership of client incidents, coordinating investigations and driving root cause resolution.
- Provide proactive, time bound updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate material risks and issues appropriately in line with control standards
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and approvals.
- Handle account maintenance, structural changes, renewals, transfers, and closures.
- Partner with Business Sponsors and KYC teams to maintain compliance and data integrity.
- Maintain strong awareness of operational risk and internal controls.
- Participate in quality checks, audits, and KPCI testing where required.
- Ensure adherence to Financial Crime Prevention and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s/masters degree (Finance)
- 6-10 years of experience in financial services/Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Equities, Bonds, FX & Swaps
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in hedge funds, private markets, or institutional investing
