About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to join HMMBiz Web Solutions' growing Digital Marketing team. You will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms for a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients — from mid-market e-commerce brands to enterprise B2B technology firms.
As a Google Partner agency since 2012 with 650+ global clients, HMMBiz gives you direct exposure to multi-industry PPC challenges, a collaborative team environment, and a clear growth path toward Senior PPC / Digital Strategy roles.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and actively manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to build high-performing campaign structures with well-defined match types, negative keyword lists, and bidding strategies.
Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy, headlines, and descriptions; design A/B tests to continuously improve CTR and Quality Score.
Bid & Budget Optimization: Monitor daily spend, pacing, and ROAS; implement manual and automated bidding adjustments to meet client KPIs within defined budgets.
Landing Page Collaboration: Work with the design and development teams to recommend landing page improvements that increase conversion rates and lower CPAs.
Analytics & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, and platform-native dashboards; translate data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Account Audits: Perform periodic audits of existing accounts to identify waste, quality issues, and growth opportunities; present findings with prioritized recommendations.
Industry Awareness: Stay current with Google Ads policy updates, algorithm changes, beta features, and industry benchmarks; proactively apply relevant updates across managed accounts.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
Solid understanding of PPC fundamentals: Quality Score, Ad Rank, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager and conversion goals.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
Good written communication skills in English for ad copywriting and client-facing reports.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
