About Us:

PatientFlow helps doctors in elective-procedural clinics like Dermatology, Aesthetics, IVF, and Dentistry grow online by managing everything from ads to conversion and retention, ensuring a steady flow of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
2. Conduct keyword research for Google Ads and audience research for Meta Ads to ensure accurate and effective targeting.
3. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisations to improve ROI and overall performance.
4. Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure effective allocation of spend across campaigns.
5. Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall brand and business objectives.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in PPC advertising and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience handling budgets and campaign data.
3. Ability to identify performance gaps and suggest data-driven improvements.
4. Strategic thinking regarding audience targeting, ad placements, and campaign timing.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
