Job Description

About the Company: Stiles Co is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team in a part-time administrative role (approximately 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday, flexible schedule).


About the Role: This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Answering phones and general administrative support
  • Filing and other office tasks


Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email
  • Experience with SAP Business One is a plus


Position Details:

  • Location: On-site in Norwood, MA, **hybrid possible**
  • Schedule: ~20 hours per week, flexible during regular business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Type: Part-time, expected 15-20 hours per week
