PPC Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a PPC (Planning and Production Control) Engineer. The PPC Engineer will be responsible for planning daily production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability, and monitoring the progress of production processes. The role also involves optimizing workflows, analyzing production data, and ensuring minimal downtime while maintaining quality and efficiency in line with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience to monitor production trends and provide data-driven insights.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to understand client demands and align production processes with business objectives.
• Proficient in production planning software or tools and knowledge of supply chain management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in PEB, manufacturing, or steel industries is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

• Must have drawing knowledge.
• Responsible for raw material planning and cutting plan preparation.
• Responsible for nesting file handling.
• Responsible for scheduling the production and dispatches in sequence.
