Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Political Campaign Manager. The Political Campaign Manager will oversee the planning and execution of campaign strategies, manage campaign staff and resources, coordinate field operations, and ensure that all campaign activities align with overarching goals. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, monitoring campaign progress, analyzing performance metrics, and driving voter engagement through constituency-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Campaign Management and a solid understanding of running political campaigns
• Strong Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and public speaking
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and team collaboration effectively
• A background in Sales or related fields to enhance voter outreach and campaign fundraising strategies
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, and ability to travel within Tamil Nadu as required
• Familiarity with the political landscape and electoral processes in Tamil Nadu
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
