Designation: Podcast Associate

 Salary Budget: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 per month - Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a Podcast Associate who is passionate about storytelling, has strong video editing skills, and a knack for creating engaging content. This role involves managing end-to-end podcast production, ensuring top-notch quality, and promoting episodes to reach the right audience. You’ll also assess and provide constructive feedback to hosts to elevate their performance.

• Oversee the editing of podcast episodes.
• Edit audio and video to ensure high-quality production, including noise reduction, mixing, and adding music or effects.

• Create promotional materials like episode teasers, audiograms, and short video clips for social media.
• Write engaging episode descriptions, titles, and social media posts optimized for discoverability.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to distribute episodes across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts.
• Track and analyze podcast performance metrics to refine content strategies.

• Assess hosts and offer feedback on their communication skills, engagement, and overall delivery.
• Suggest new formats, topics, or guest ideas based on trends and audience preferences.

• Proficient in video editing software and audio editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Audio) and Podcast tools, Riverside.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and content creation.
• Experience in podcast production or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to measure performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Creative thinker with an eye for trends and opportunities to make content stand out.

• Manage the complete podcast production workflow from recording to publishing.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, content writers, and marketing teams.

• Plan and execute podcast promotion across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.

• Create promotional content including reels, audiograms, teasers, and short clips.

• Track podcast performance and recommend improvements.

• Manage the overall podcast team workflow and ensure timely delivery.

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content distribution.

• Experience managing or coordinating teams.

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
