Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Planning & Deployment:

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of plant and machinery across multiple sites within the cluster.
  • Forecast equipment requirements for upcoming projects and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization.

Maintenance & Asset Management

  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery.
  • Monitor machinery health, downtime, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, utilization, and maintenance history.

Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Prepare budgets and monitor costs related to machinery operations, maintenance, and rentals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized utilization and vendor management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and HQ to ensure machinery availability and operational efficiency.

Compliance, Safety & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare and submit reports on equipment utilization, performance, maintenance, and costs to senior management.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements for better equipment management.
