Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role located in Hosur. The PLC Programmer will develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs, integrate automation systems, and ensure seamless operation of industrial processes. Responsibilities include reviewing project requirements, designing control systems, and collaborating with engineers and clients to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves configuring HMI/SCADA systems, conducting equipment testing, and providing system documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC Programming, including experience with platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, and Mitsubishi
• Skills in SCADA and HMI programming, integration, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in industrial automation concepts, control systems, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with Plant IT, data reporting, and analytics tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Educational background in Electrical, Automation, or Embedded Systems Engineering
• Familiarity with safety standards, industrial communication protocols, and system testing methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and specifications
