Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Growth & Partnerships Intern at OnGram. The intern will work closely with the founding team to support creator and business onboarding, outreach initiatives, strategic partnerships, and platform growth activities.

Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to creators and businesses, building engagement strategies, supporting onboarding processes, researching growth opportunities, and contributing ideas that help strengthen the OnGram ecosystem. The role also involves collaborating across product, design, and growth functions to improve user acquisition and engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in startups, creator ecosystems, digital communities, or social media
• Ability to conduct outreach and build professional relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with creator platforms, marketing, or partnerships is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields
