Location: Gurgaon Experience Level: 4-6 years Overview: We're seeking a Platform & Community Engagement Manager to elevate our online and offline community experiences. This role is for someone who has a pulse on the social media audiences and can manage and drive highly engaging and extremely diverse groups on Instagram, at social events, as well as on WhatsApp. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of what drives vibrant communities, ultimately leading to brand loyalty and advocacy. Key Responsibilities Brand Immersions: Design and execute community-led experiences that drive belonging, engagement, and brand advocacy. This includes organizing weekend runs, getting on the ground and hosting Vox Pops, initiating monthly meets with audience cohorts, travelling to different cities as brand SPOC to engage with our health and wellness fraternities. Social Media Management: From managing community sentiment in the DMs to the monthly calendar, we need someone who brings audiences into our fold through content that drive views, engagement, and reach. Influencer & Creator Collaboration: Partner with relevant creators, micro-influencers, and agencies to execute community campaigns, amplify brand properties, launches, and campaigns. Analytics: Track performance of community and social campaigns; extract insights to inform and evolve strategy Bonus: If you?re into fitness and are a budding social influencer with great editing skills! What You Bring: 4-6 years of experience in brand or community building ? ideally in fitness, lifestyle, or wellness. An extrovert with proven experience crafting social content and building engaged communities. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. A personal interest or passion for health, wellness, fitness, or community-building is a big plus.
