Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kullu for a Plant Electrical Manager. The Plant Electrical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the plant's electrical systems, ensuring efficient power distribution, and managing electrical maintenance operations. The role involves creating and implementing electrical engineering and design plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting technical issues to maintain smooth plant operations. The Manager will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and managing electricity-related systems within an industrial or plant setting
In-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and Electrical Design processes
Experience with Power Distribution systems in industrial applications
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Prior experience in a managerial role within the electrical or construction industry is preferred
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for electrical systems
