Key Accountabilities

Description

Analyzes and proposes the schedule

• Elaborates the Master/ macro schedule (= “first level schedule”) in collaboration with the Planning manager. Highlights the project’s specific characters for the adaptation of the reference schedule.
• For an international program, takes the constraints linked to geographical areas and the interactions between car shapes into account
• Defines the general schedule and the key gates of project officialization, at the project’s definition stages as per Company’s milestones and makes so that project actors support them.
• Generate the Launch Plan

Manages through the schedule the development and industrialization phases

• Manages the respect of specified schedules; and, in case of differences, directs product and process teams to the implementation of the action plans necessary to reach the planned objectives, or limit deviations
• Upstream : Drive Simul engineering For Class A convergence /SHRM follow up with respect to
• Specific tasks on Driving engineering/3rd parties/Mfg./VPE/Style studio to keep the master
• Class -B/Class A towards SHRM
• Manages Sourcing / TKO glide paths –
• Driving Source Plan with Purchase to complete 100% of sourcing before SHRM for Programs RHD/LHD & High markets on the specified timelines
• Prepare teams on the risk & actions plan
• OT/OT-OP maturity tracking and build vehicle configuration along with engg. & SQE
• Elaborates the detailed schedule of build phases & milestones
• Lists customers’ needs in complete and partial means,
• Takes industrial capacity schedules into account, as well as quality requirements to pass the gates
• Plans means using the Gantt- Jamaica charts
• Guarantees means’ delivery dates,
• Hands on Microsoft project 365

Guarantees the respect of the Resource budget

Creates and coordinates project’s dashboards

Involves in the improvement and implementation of operation modes and referential especially by taking part to project’s formalized lesson learned.

Launch Planning :

• Prepare & launch the launch Planning along with Brand
• Strategies for Task including the Special cars prep like marketing /PR / media car
• Key KPI related to Fleet Preparation & management in terms of delivery & Monitoring

• Effective communication
• Team Builder & strong in cross communication

Qualifications & Work experience

• Bachelor of Engineering
• 10 – 12 Years of experience
