Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Placement Manager role based in Gurugram. The Placement Manager will be responsible for building partnerships with hiring companies, facilitating placement opportunities for students, and guiding students through the placement process. The role includes organizing campus drives, maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, preparing students for interviews, and staying informed about the latest market trends and industry requirements. Collaboration with career services teams to ensure high placement rates and a positive student experience will also be key objectives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with recruiters, alumni, and students effectively.
• Proficiency in networking and business development to create and maintain corporate partnerships for placement opportunities.
• Experience and knowledge in career counseling, student mentorship, and conducting skill development workshops.
• Ability to analyze market trends and industry requirements to align placement efforts with current demands.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills for managing campus drives and placement events.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms for placement tracking and communication.
• Prior experience in higher education placement, recruitment, or corporate relations is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, HR, or a related field preferred but not required.
