?? We?re Hiring: Placement Coordinator - Digital Marketing ?? Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi ?? Timings: 9:30 AM ? 6:30 PM | 6 Days Working (Saturday WFH) ?? Job Type: Full-Time ?? CTC: Up to 3.2 LPA + Incentives (upto ?5,000 based on performance) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator - Digital Marketing with 1+ year of experience in placement coordination or recruitment . You?ll play a crucial role in connecting our students with career opportunities in the digital marketing domain ? including internships and full-time roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and understands the dynamic landscape of digital marketing. Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate end-to-end placement processes for digital marketing roles (internships & full-time). ? Build & maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and industry professionals. ? Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance. ? Organize campus drives, webinars, and workshops focused on digital marketing opportunities. ? Maintain & update databases of student profiles, placement records, and recruiter details. ? Collaborate with training teams to align student skills with job market requirements. ? Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. ? Communicate job openings and manage interview schedules with recruiters & candidates. Qualifications & Skills ?? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. ?? Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination/recruitment (preferably digital marketing). ?? Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics. ??
