Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bhubaneswar. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, documenting findings, setting therapy goals, and providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs. The role involves collaborating closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other team members to ensure integrated care. The Physiotherapist will educate clients and caregivers on home exercise programs, preventive strategies, and safe movement techniques, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to clinical protocols and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Professional physiotherapy education and credentials, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning, including musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and developmental evaluations, with the ability to design individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Hands-on therapy competencies, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, postural and gait training, and pain management strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to explain treatment plans clearly, counsel clients and caregivers, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining precise clinical records, monitoring progress, and following clinic protocols and quality standards.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care, with empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with individuals of different ages and backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with physiotherapy best practices, including participation in continuing education, workshops, or professional development activities.
• Prior experience in clinical settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or therapy clinics is preferred; experience with pediatric or developmental therapy populations is an advantage.
