Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physician Assistant based in Siddipet. The Physician Assistant will work closely with healthcare teams to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. Key responsibilities include supporting doctors during medical procedures, assessing patient health, documenting medical histories, educating patients on health management, and coordinating care plans. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure the highest quality of patient care in alignment with the hospital's mission of providing free healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and diagnostic processes
• Skills in patient care management, health assessment, and medical history documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other health professionals in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions under pressure
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
• Basic proficiency in medical records systems and a commitment to patient confidentiality
• Prior experience in a hospital setting and a dedication to serving underprivileged communities is a strong plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Siddipet and align with the organization's mission to provide free healthcare
