Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Core responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand client partnerships, managing accounts, delivering effective communication with stakeholders, and meeting sales targets while contributing to Rise Hydroponics' mission of sustainable agriculture.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Business and Account Management to establish and cultivate client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with a focus on achieving targets.
- Passion for agriculture and sustainability, with experience in hydroponics or agribusiness being a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
