Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Physician Assistant. The primary responsibilities include assisting physicians in patient care, conducting medical assessments, managing clinical procedures, and maintaining detailed medical records. The role also involves educating patients on healthcare plans, coordinating with the medical team for optimal care delivery, and adhering strictly to hospital protocols and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and patient care skills, including conducting medical examinations, diagnosing, and performing basic medical procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and using healthcare information systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team and provide compassionate patient care
• Knowledge of medical ethics, hospital safety regulations, and compliance with healthcare standards
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Current Physician Assistant certification and license to practice in India
• Experience in general medicine, internal medicine, or specialized fields is an advantage
