Physical Cyber Security PM (m/f/d) in India

We are looking for an experienced Physical Cyber Security PM (m/f/d) in India.

Workload: full-time

Duration: till end of March 2027 with possible prolongation

Location: remote from India with 25% travel across India

Language: English

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the replacement of CCTV camera systems and access control solutions across multiple locations in India.
• Assess the existing physical security infrastructure and develop migration and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate and manage external security integrators, installation partners, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site assessments, technical reviews, and risk analyses.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
• Support the integration of physical security systems with broader cyber security and monitoring environments.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with global Security, IT, Facilities, and Operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Physical Security Specialist, Physical Cyber Security Specialist, or in a similar role.
• PMP certification
• Proven experience delivering projects involving the replacement, deployment, or modernization of: -CCTV and video surveillance systems -Electronic access control systems
• Experience managing multi-site security infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies, security architecture, and access management solutions.
• Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with security integration providers such as Convergint and/or Bion Technologies.
• Experience delivering security infrastructure projects within India or the APAC region.
• Knowledge of integrating physical security systems with cyber security platforms and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with security standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant security or project management certifications (e.g., PSP, CPP, PMP) are advantageous.
