About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and mentoring healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular hands-on and theoretical training sessions for phlebotomists in the assigned zone.
  • Ensure trainees follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support to phlebotomists to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and trainee performance.
  • Travel within the assigned zone to deliver on-site training as required.



Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related medical field.
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of phlebotomy techniques, infection control, and patient handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic zone.



Preferred Attributes
  • Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Experience working with diagnostic labs, hospitals, or training institutes
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
