Our Fitness Coaches are responsible for all personal training, strength and conditioning activities at Forma Gym. These activities include daily personal training sales, public social media prospecting, mobility assessments, nutrition coaching, participating in social events inside the club and around the community, and potential additional money-making opportunities. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week during the initial training and development; the position is not limited in hours but depends on you to take charge and grow your business. Trainers/coaches will be required to maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week. The Fitness Coach will report directly to the Fitness Manager.
Responsibilities:2. Personal Training Sales – Generate your leads by being active and engaged in the club and the community. Convert leads to personal training by scheduling any interested member’s Fitness Consultation and selling the most appropriate PT option. Some leads will be provided from Membership but the expectation is self-growth.

- Use a combination of modalities and approaches to develop a program
- Constant focus and attention to detail with clients
- Use holistic research-backed programming with a focus on results.
- Ideally you have a minimum of 2+ years of personal training experience.
- Must possess a valid, nationally recognized training certification.
- Must have experience with corrective exercise.
- Must be willing to work with the company standard while actively searching for building clientele.
- Trained/certified in multiple modalities is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skills.
