Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Personal Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Director. The role involves managing the Director’s schedule, organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. The individual will handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential records and files. Day-to-day tasks include drafting emails and letters, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication between the Director and internal or external stakeholders. The role also requires tracking follow-ups, supporting basic office administration, and proactively anticipating the Director’s needs to enable efficient decision-making.



Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools, calendar management applications).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership or directors is preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
