Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Chairman, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Personal Secretary will support the Chairman through scheduling and managing daily calendars, overseeing communication, and preparing important documents. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, and providing clerical and administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills and experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Efficient in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Proactive attitude and the ability to manage confidential information
- Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is an advantage
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
