Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for a Personal Secretary at Symbiotic Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The Personal Secretary will support executive-level functions by managing schedules, organizing and preparing correspondence, maintaining records, facilitating communication, overseeing administrative activities, and providing day-to-day personal assistance. This role involves working closely with the executive team to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Advanced Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience as a secretary, administrative professional, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
