Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Ranchi. The Personal Assistant will provide executive and administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing daily tasks and correspondence, and organizing the Director's calendar. The role involves maintaining efficient clerical tasks, prioritizing workloads, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal time management for the Director.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Clerical Skills to manage documentation and office tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred
