Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities for fintech products (payments, banking, financial platforms).
• Design, execute, and maintain functional and automation test scripts.
• Implement and manage automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Perform thorough functional testing with a strong focus on edge cases and negative scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure reliable and timely releases.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to junior QA team members.
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Support basic performance testing activities and identify potential bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in functional testing.
• Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Prior experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate failure points, risks, and edge cases.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and take ownership of QA processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
