Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Draft official letters, emails, reports, proposals, and other correspondence in professional English.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and systematic follow-up of all communications and official matters.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, official visits, and institutional events.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
  • Handle fieldwork assignments as required for institutional coordination and official purposes.
  • Liaise with government departments, private agencies, and embassies for official coordination and institutional development initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between internal departments and external agencies.
  • Represent the University/College at expos, education fairs, official meetings, networking events, and promotional programs as authorized by the management.
  • Present institutional profiles, academic programs, and collaborative opportunities to prospective partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with external agencies, consultants, and institutional representatives.
  • Prepare reports and feedback following meetings, visits, expos, and official engagements.
  • Assist in promoting the institution’s brand image and expansion initiatives at regional, national, and international levels.

Work Mode:

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining fieldwork and work-from-home flexibility based on institutional requirements.
