Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to join Narayana Infra's Hyderabad office. As a full-time, mid-level role, you will play a critical part in supporting executive functions and ensuring the smooth management of daily operations. Applicants should have a proven track record with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills Proficient in performing accurate calculations to manage expenses, budgets, and project-related financial data (Mandatory skill). Demonstrated experience in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing executive calendars with meticulous attention to detail. Strong ability to oversee vendor relationships, including negotiation, coordination, and timely resolution of issues for seamless operations. Working knowledge of CRM software for maintaining client data, managing follow-ups, and supporting sales or service processes effectively. Excellent client communication skills, with experience handling inquiries, setting appointments, and reflecting a professional image at all times. Proven track record in planning and executing events, from small meetings to large company gatherings, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed. Superior interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, enabling smooth interaction with team members, clients, and vendors for daily tasks. Strong customer relationship building skills to foster trust, resolve concerns, and enhance long-term engagement with stakeholders and clients. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize daily efficiency and meet company priorities. Facilitate internal and external communications by drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and following up on action items as required. Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and files, ensuring all important materials are easily accessible for management reference. Support financial processes by handling invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budgeting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, facility management, and event logistics while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Assist in client onboarding and nurture client relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and maintaining regular communication. Plan, organize, and oversee corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and positive experiences for all participants. Prepare and present periodic reports or updates to management regarding office operations, event outcomes, and client feedback, supporting informed decision-making.
