About the Role

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership by managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Track projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication across departments and facilitate seamless information flow.
  • Organize leadership meetings, conferences, events, and VIP visits.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, briefing notes, and executive summaries for leadership review.
  • Handle expense management, travel itineraries, and logistics for senior executives.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Anticipate executive requirements and proactively resolve administrative and operational issues.
  • Support decision-making by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing analytical reports.
  • Ensure efficient office operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 10–20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CXOs, Directors, Vice Chancellors, or senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in preparing presentations, reports, meeting documentation, and executive correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in the education or higher education sector will be an added advantage.
