*Executive Assistant to Managing Director*

  • Location:* Adyar, Chennai
  • Experience:* 8-10 Years
  • Salary:* ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director at our Adyar office. This is a critical role that requires managing the MD’s office, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments and external stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Executive Support & Calendar Management*

  • Manage and prioritize the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, bookings, and visa arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings

*2. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination*

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, board members, clients, and vendors
  • Draft, review, and handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the MD
  • Liaise with other C-suite executives and department heads for updates and action items

*3. Reporting & Documentation*

  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, board notes, and business proposals as required
  • Maintain records, track key initiatives, and ensure timely follow-up on action points
  • Research and compile data for strategic decisions and presentations

*4. Office & Administrative Operations*

  • Manage the MD’s office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Handle expense management, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the MD’s office
  • Organize events, board meetings, and client visits

*Requirements*

  • *Experience:* 8-10 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting CXO/MD level in a corporate environment
  • *Education:* Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus
  • *Skills:*
  • Excellent communication - verbal and written English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

Work Location: Adyar , Chennai.
