*Executive Assistant to Managing Director*
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director at our Adyar office. This is a critical role that requires managing the MD’s office, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments and external stakeholders.

- Location:* Adyar, Chennai
- Experience:* 8-10 Years
- Salary:* ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director at our Adyar office. This is a critical role that requires managing the MD’s office, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments and external stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Executive Support & Calendar Management*
- Manage and prioritize the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, bookings, and visa arrangements
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, board members, clients, and vendors
- Draft, review, and handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the MD
- Liaise with other C-suite executives and department heads for updates and action items
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, board notes, and business proposals as required
- Maintain records, track key initiatives, and ensure timely follow-up on action points
- Research and compile data for strategic decisions and presentations
- Manage the MD’s office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Handle expense management, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the MD’s office
- Organize events, board meetings, and client visits
- *Experience:* 8-10 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting CXO/MD level in a corporate environment
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus
- *Skills:*
- Excellent communication - verbal and written English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
