Hemant Enterprises is looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the management with daily administrative, coordination, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the management.
  • Prepare notes, reports, and presentations as required. l Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts for smooth communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
  • Assist with personal errands and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.


Requirements


  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
