Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman & Founder

Position: Executive Personal Assistant to Chairman & Founder

Reporting To: Mr. Madhaw Ciran

Employment Type: Full-Time | Bengaluru

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Manage the Chairman's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.

•        Schedule meetings and coordinate with CEOs, Directors, investors, and business stakeholders.

•        Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.

•        Record meeting minutes and track action items.

•        Screen calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and correspondence.

•        Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics.

•        Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and executive records.

•        Follow up with business teams on deliverables and deadlines.

•        Prepare daily executive briefs and reports.

•        Coordinate media interviews, corporate events, and executive appointments.

•        Prepare expense reports and maintain documentation.

•        Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman's office.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • •        5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a Founder, Chairman, CEO, or CXO.
  • •        Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • •      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Calendar Management, and productivity tools.
  • •        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • •        Strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
  • •        Willingness to travel when required.


PREFERRED BACKGROUND

•        MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management.

•        Experience supporting promoters of multiple businesses.

•        Experience in executive office management, stakeholder coordination, and handling confidential business communications
