Job Description: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Founders

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role


We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founders in their day-to-day professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be the right hand to leadership, managing communications, client interactions, scheduling, and documentation with discretion and precision. This role demands someone who can represent the Founders professionally with both internal teams and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format client proposals, presentations, and business documents on behalf of the Founders and the company
  • Compose, proofread, and manage professional email correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Handle client queries related to banking transactions and processes, ensuring accurate and timely responses on behalf of the Founders
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage online and offline meetings and appointments, including follow-ups to ensure timely closures
  • Maintain calendars, reminders, and trackers to keep the Founders' schedules organized and conflict-free
  • Liaise between Founders and clients/internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and client information
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and business support tasks as required
  • Maintain the task diary efficiently.

Education

  • Minimum Graduate; MBA preferred
  • Background in Banking/Commerce strongly preferred

  • Skills & Competencies Required

    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, including formatting, templates, and proposal writing
    • Strong email etiquette and professional writing ability
    • Working knowledge of banking attributes, transactions, and related client servicing
    • Comfortable managing and coordinating both online and offline meetings/appointments with consistent follow-up
    • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
    • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
