AGN Foodcrafts LLP is the company behind Uncle Rustom's, a premium meat brand specializing in handcrafted smoked meats, sausages, bacon and deli products.
We're a growing business looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep everything running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with the Managing Director, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, following up on priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

- Manage calendars, appointments and meetings.
- Organise emails, documents and business records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
- Follow up with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate meetings, deliveries and appointments.
- Conduct online research and gather business information.
- Assist with travel bookings and scheduling when required.
- Maintain organised records of invoices, receipts and other important documents.
- Help coordinate business events, meetings and product tastings.
- Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and digital tools.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A genuine passion for food.
- Comfortable working in an environment where pork products are produced and handled.
- You'll be working closely with a Managing Director who is direct, demanding and allergic to excuses.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. However, we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
