Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, lead generation, and sales for the company’s furniture and interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid search and social campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives, conducting market and audience analysis, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. The specialist will also contribute to brand visibility initiatives and support channel partners through targeted promotional activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and external stakeholders, and to present performance insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance for continuous optimization.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand sales funnels, conversion metrics, and to align performance campaigns with revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design data-driven performance marketing plans, segment audiences, and select appropriate digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service awareness to ensure campaigns reflect customer needs, enhance user experience, and support long-term relationships.
- Proficiency with performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools) and basic understanding of SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
